
INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The present information form has been prepared in relation to processing and transferring the “Personal Data” of real persons as stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law no 6698. Within the scope of the Law no 6698, any current data belonging to you as shared with us will be regarded as “Personal Data”.
Safety of your personal data is of great importance for us and thus will be stored under the safest conditions possible in compliance with the legislation for the period of time required by the legal obligations.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law no 6698, your data can be processed by PİLENPAK AMB. SAN. TİC. A.Ş., as the “Data Contoller”, within the scope given below.
- b) The purposes for which your personal data will be processed
Your personal data will be used in accordance with the conditions and purposes related with processing personal data as stated in article 5 and 6 of the Law no 6698 to carry out the obligations of our company and the natural and legal persons having a business relation with our company, to give information on updates, to draw up and fulfil contracts with you, to remind and meet legal obligations, to conduct various advertisement and marketing activities, to obtain your opinion through surveys and polls, to determine products, projects and services suitable for you, to offer you tailor-made products, projects and services, to develop products, projects and services, to render effective customer services,to notify changes in applicable legislation or our policies, to deliver notices concerning you, to celebrate your birthday, to provide your participation in lotteries or contests, to give presents and organize other similar events, promotions and campaigns, to inform you through e-mail, mail, SMS and fax, to inform you on campaigns, to send you bulletins, magazines, and letters on campaigns, to establish our visitor profile, to evaluate your wishes, requests and complaints, to conduct human resources policies of our company, and to answer your requests and questions
- c) The persons to whom processed personal data might be transferred and the purposes for the same
Your personal data are processed by complying the following principles: being in conformity with the law and good faith, being accurate and if necessary up to date, being processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which data are processed, being stored only for the time designated by relevant legislation or necessitated by the purpose for which data are collected. Moreover, limited with the aims stated in article b of the present information notice and provided that the conditions stated in article 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law are complied with and necessary measures are taken, your personal data can be transferred to our direct/indirect domestic/overseas participations or subsidiaries, domestic/overseas public/private bodies and institutions, companies and 3rdpersona or companies providing service/support/consultancy to our company or with whom we have a partnership in relation to business, a project/program/finance, subsidiaries, consultants, shareholders and solution partners of our company, group companies, central registry agencies, and other authorized bodies and institutions, suppliers or sub-contractors. PİLENPAK AMB. SAN. TİC. A.Ş., may store your personal at domestic servers in Turkey or at overseas servers or other electronic media provided that the necessary security measures are taken.
ç) The method and legal cause of collection of personal data
Your personal data can be collected using different channels (corporate office, branches, factories of PİLENPAK AMB. SAN. TİC. A.Ş., offices and other physical environments where you can get into contact with other sub-contractors and business partners, call centres, websites, mobile applications and similar electronic processing systems, social media and other public channels, participations at trainings, conference and similar environments, through investigation, written, oral, audio and video recordings by group companies or contracted persons and companies, or at other physical or electronic media). Within the scope of the conditions and purposes related with processing personal data as stated in article 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law, your personal data can be collected and processed for the purposes stated in articles (b) and (c) of the present information notice.
Your personal data are stored under the conditions in compliance with the legislation for a period of time required by the laws or by the concerned legislation.
- d) Your Rights as Data Owner
In a case you submit a request regarding your rights as data owners, our company will proceed and conclude your request free of charge within 30 days depending on the nature of the request. However, should the Personal Data Protection Board require a separate cost, our Company may charge the fees listed in the tariff. On this note, data owners are entitled to the following:
To learn whether or not their personal data have been processed,
To request information regarding processed data if their data have been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing of their personal data and whether this data has been used in accordance with their purpose,
To be informed of the third parties in the country or abroad to whom their personal data have been transferred,
To request rectification in case their personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request notification of such operations to third persons to whom personal data have been transferred,
To have such data erased, or deleted in a case the reasons for processing such data are no longer valid, even if such data have been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, or if they have already been transferred, request notification of such operations to third persons to whom personal data have been transferred,
To object to occurrence of any result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to learn whether or not their personal data have been processed,to request information regarding their personal data if their data have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose,tobe informed of the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred, to request rectification in case personal data are processed inaccurately, to have such data erased, or deleted in a case the reasons for processing such data are no longer valid, to request notification of correction and deletion operations to third persons to whom personal data have been transferred,to object to occurrence of any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with paragraph 1, article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit a written request to our Company regarding your rights stated above. You may submit your request containing your claim and your explanations regarding the rights mentioned in article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law by filling the Personal Data Protection Law application form at www.pilenpak.com and sending the original signed document to the Human Resources Department of Pilenpak at the address of “Manisa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Ellinci Yıl cad. No:11 Yunusemre Manisa” along with the documents showing your identity details or through a notary public.
Our company reserves the right to make amendment in the present information notice due to changes in the Personal Data Protection Law and methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
